Most recently, we founded Asset Plus, a leading provider of decarbonisation solutions for non-domestic buildings across the UK. Following significant growth and impact, we successfully sold the business to Johnson Controls in 2022. We continued to support the business through a three-year integration period, culminating in a successful exit in 2025. Prior to this we where the founders of the low carbon solutions business within Imtech (now Dalkia) and the energy business in mitie along with accelerating the growth of a number of renewable energy businesses.

We now focus on interim leadership, strategic advisory, and consultancy services—working with organisations looking to build, acquire, or scale opportunities across the energy transition space.
